Think about it have you ever looked at your credit card interest rate and then looked at your savings account interest fucking ridiculous! How can they charge you 10+ percent interest on a credit card but yet only pay you .00000000000002% on the money you have sitting in your savings account? They want to pay you nothing for being a customer but lend out your money and make a fortune. For this reason, I’ve decided to spend every dollar I get!

Now when I say spend every dollar, I don’t mean I’m just going around blowing my cash on frivolous things, but I will invest my money before parking it in a savings account. Before I put $100 in the bank, I will invest in a course that will make me $1000 UDEMY has a lot of great skill-building videos. For the people who don’t know, I am a realtor, so if I get a 10k commission check, I may buy some cryptocurrency or invest in the stock market. If I am having a great month and I have 20k+, then I may invest in a piece of real estate. It all depends but trust me the last thing I’m saying is, “man I can wait to put this money in the bank!”
Screw the banks! If you want to invest and take risks, do it now. Don’t sit back and watch these institutions make millions and billions off spending your money when you could be out here doing the same thing. If you have some extra money after your bills are paid to start a business, learn a new skill set, or buy some property! There are a million ways to create income, so take advantage while you can. Start by looking up businesses you can create for less than $ 2500, look into E-commerce stores or even into crowdfunding. I don’t even care what you do just do something!
This year alone, I have spent thousands on courses, seminars, coaches, and self-development to enhance my skill set. Don’t be afraid to take the leap and invest in yourself and your future. The goal is to live a life by design; you know the one that allows you to do what you want on your terms. Investing in yourself is how you get there so get out in these streets and make something happen!
