Bad pricing estimates by Zillow and Redfin are commonplace. Zillow’s estimates are especially unreliable for some reason. Over years of comparing the two, I’ve noticed Redfin’s pricing estimates are more accurate. Further, Redfin is much quicker to update the final sales price of a home after it goes pending.
